About the association |

| The Euroclub Provence* is planning a way of living in the South of France in a club like atmosphere under comfortable conditions. Living surrounded by Europeans with the same background as yours, and which you could have selected as your friends. Early retirees speeking more than one language will feel at home in the communities of Euro Club Provence. They will have no worries about upkeep of their garden or their swimming pool, as professional help will always be present. Houses are built so that people can stay until advanced age as medical care from outside will be available if needed. The Association Euro Club Provence develops living solutions for the senior years in the Provence. The concept of Euro Club Provence is based on a certain lifestyle. A lifestyle that gives meaning to your new life in the South of France. It should be underlined that a Euro Club Provence project is not a retirement home, nor a ‘maison de retraite’, with extensive medical facilities to support the medicaly dependent senior. It is a sparkling and active community for vital people in their senior years... The Association is not a developper itself. We only try to offer a innovative concept for senior housing to those professionally active in real estate. And, from the feedback we received, we were able to develop a quite unique concept which can not be found in France nowadays... Euroclub Provence, indeed a very unique club |

| The principle The principle of the Euroclub Provence in Southern France is the possibility of offering Europeans with a special affection for France to retire in the South of France under comfortable conditions. Euroclub Provence aimes at people who are open to others and have a liking for club life in a community organised like the standard french «copropriété». This is the main difference between Euro Club Provence and the many cohabitation projects, «copropriétés» where there is no provision for community life. In standard housing complexes the developer is only interested in selling houses to anyone who can pay the price. Finance is the only consideration. Often they add a clubhouse and a swimming pool, but as there is no club tradition or club mentality, these facilities are often neglected. |
