Terrains for a Euroclub Parc

For a possible development project we are looking for a terrain with the following general characteristics:

  1. Located in the VAR/Alpes Maritimes within reasonable distance (i.e. 5 km) from a moderate sized village (with all standard facilities).
  2. Located in region with big cities and airport(s) within 100 km distance.
  3. Terrain located in a country setting of not to far from the coast.
  4. Availibily of communal water and electricity and additional watersupply in the form of a river/lake nearby
  5. Local, well equipped hospital within a radius of 10 km. Larger (university) hospital within 50 km distance.
  6. Availlablity of medical infrastructure (GP, dentist, nursing support) close by.

What we need...

The terrain should make a development with the following characteristics possible:

  1. A 'Plan d'Occupation de Sol' which allows for the building of 100+ residential units (primary residencies) and a clubhouse with recreational facilities
  2. A SHON of 10.000-15.000m2 for the units and 2000m2 for the clubhouse. In the case the COS is 8-15% this means 20-30 hectare.
  3. Cooperation from the local authorities for the development.

In the case a PLU is applicable the location should have the possibility for the development of a 'lottissement'
