The concept for the Euroclub Provence is based on a certain liftestyle...

It is obvious that there are many people who are not planning to return to their home country and are looking for solutions to their ‘senior’ housing. A subject that is more than just a house to live in: one is looking for a complete and flexible infrastructure for a senior lifestyle. For this lifestyle Euroclub Provence provides the infrastructure in the form of a co-ownership of a 'Parc' in the Provence.

One has to realize that there does not exist one specific infrastructure for seniors. The group is very diversified in its characteristics. But what they have in common is that their house is an important part of the infrastructure (safety/security, comfort, cosiness). However, the neighborhood and immediate surroundings are also important. They have to offer certain recreational and cultural facilities. And. last but not least the region gives an overall setting for well being:

• For the cultural aspect the Provence has a lot of possibilities. Not only big cities like Marseilles, Aix en Provence, Toulon,Cannes and Nice offer cultural events, small villages in the back country of the Var offer a remarkable amount of cultural activities of high standard.

• For the recreational aspect the VAR offers lots of possibilities: several golf links, the seaside, the mountain area (with the national parks like ‘Le Mercantour’ and the Gorges du Verdon). And for the more gastronomical aspects the whole region of the Provence/Var offers ample possibilities.
