About the projects

  

Euroclub Provence projects based on the concept of Euroclub will be realised in the near future...

The board and individual members of Euroclub will stimulate the development of projects in the Provence which are based on the concept of Euroclub Provence. The main focus of the development will be in the Cantons of the VAR. Euroclub Provence will develop projects with co-ownership for senior living on a specific location in the Provence. What does this mean?

  • The working group that founded the Association Euroclub Provence developed the concept 'Euroclub'. This association will take initiatives to realize projects according to this concept.
  • This does not mean that the Association is the actual 'developer'. There are many professionals well equipped to do this. So a cooperation between a professional developer and the Association is foreseen.
  • In case there are members willing to become 'founding' members part of the development (i.e. financial investment in the terrain, some pre-development activities) could be undertaken by these members.
  • In case there are members with specific expertise and skills willing to become 'participating' members (no financial involvement) the scope and range of the activities of the working group could be expanded.

 

We are looking for...

We are looking for a terrain to realize a project. For this we need:

  • A large terrain suitable for 100+ units (appartments/ villas) with a potential building surface (SHON) of 10.000m2.
  • A central located building (i.e. a (former) hotel) suitable for the development of a Clubhouse with a surface of +/- 2000m2.
  • The location of such a terrain should be within reasonable distance of a moderate size village, and/or of train and air connections.

Are you a professional developer?
